BARRACUDA PRACTICE STARTS NEXT WEEK, MONDAY APRIL 23RD!

If you are new to the team please plan on attending PRACTICE on Monday and the New family
Orientation on Monday at 6pm.

For returning swimmers PRACTICE starts Tuesday April 24th.
AFTER SCHOOL PRACTICE TIMES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
11 & UPS – 4:30 – 5:15
6 & UNDERS – 5:15 – 6PM
7 & 8s – 6pm – 6:45
9 & 10s – 6:45 – 7:30

If you registered online remember to bring all forms as swimmers cannot enter the pool unless we have
them. Extra forms will be available at the pool if you forget – see Jan Evans

It’s Going to Be a Teriffic Swim Team Season,

Don’t Miss It!  Everyone will be there!

The Barracudas extend an invitation to you to join us

For our 28th season of summer swim league fun!

 

  • We will have 4 or 5 meets which take place in June.
  • Practice begins late April after school, and goes weekdays through June.
  • Swimmers as young as 4 and as old as 18 are welcome to join!
  • All you need is to be able to swim a width of the pool unassisted.
  • Rookies will start with basic stroke mechanics while more advanced swimmers can fine-tune their skills.
  • There are always plenty of social activities and parties!
Last year the Barracudas were hugely successful! We won our division undefeated and went on to win our divisional Meet of Champs!  We are very excited to welcome our new Head Coach, Matthew Apple!  Coach Apple graduated UT at Austin and is the Head Swim Coach for both Varsity and Junior Varsity teams at Taylor H.S. where he was just named Best Coach in the District and in the Region! Coach Apple has also coached Summer League for the past 3 years.

So join us – Swim Team is so much fun!

Online Registration for summer swim team is now open!
It’s easy to register online by clicking the Registration tab to get started!
The Annual Registration Party will take place on Saturday, March 24th, from 12:00 to 2:00 PM at Watson’s Grill.
Catch up with teammates and welcome our new Head Coach Matthew Apple, bring a friend!
Also our new swim suits are in! Join us at the Annual Pool Kick-Off & BBQ on Friday, May 4th (Click here to download the flier), when the suits will be brought to the pool for fitting and purchase OR beat the rush and visit Lane Four Swim Shop on Mason Road in Katy to get yours now! www.lane4swim.com
